We excel in conducting training programs/workshops as per the requirements of the organizations in a number of subject areas including but not limited to following:-

· Gender Sensitisation and “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013”

· Soft Skills and Organisational Development (OD)/ Behaviour(OB) including:

Aid to Women and Children in Need

LAUS has been handling complaints pertaining to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace and has successfully provided amicable solutions, thereby helping the women and organizations in maintaining their reputation/goodwill, avoiding financial repercussions and preventing distortion of their public image. Legal awareness and aid to children in need at CWCs has been a continuous effort of the Society.
